以车辆对断开式转向传动机构的要求和满足转向性能的条件下
建立了跟踪理想阿克曼转角的目标函数
利用MATLAB的优化工具箱进行优化建模和求解
寻求转向传动机构的梯形臂长、传动角以及安装偏距等参数的最优解
分析对比优化前后汽车在常用转向角度范围内转向的精确度和汽车在高速行驶时因车轮转向误差而导致的轮胎磨损
并制作GUI工作界面
实现了参数的可视化输入和优化结果的输出。最后以某车型转向传动机构的参数为实例进行优化
对比结果验证了模型的正确性。
Under the conditions of the requirements of vehicle for disconnect steering system and meeting the steering performance
the objective function of tracking the desirable Ackman Angle is established.By using optimal toolbox of MATLAB
the optimization modeling and solving are carried out to seek the optimal solution of some parameters
as the length of trapezoid arm
transmission angle
install offset distance and so on.Relative to the original design value
it is accuracy to guarantee the steering angle in commonly range
lowers the car’s tire wear at a high speed for the wheels turning errors
and the GUI interface is also made
the parameters of visual input and the output of optimum results are achieved.Finally
an example is used to verify the correctness of the model.
