According to the basic structure characteristics of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing
researches on dynamic radial stiffness of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing are carried out in detail.The finite element analysis software is adopted to analyze the instantaneous deformation of the single roller
the dynamic radial stiffness formula of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing without considering the lubrication is obtained
the oil film stiffness formula is got by using Dowson-Higginson formula.The calculation model of the dynamic radial stiffness of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing is established.The influence law of the filling degree and the external load and the number of roller and the rotation speed on dynamic radial stiffness are studied.The results show that
the dynamic stiffness of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing is periodically variable with rotation of the bearing
the stiffness decreases with the rise of filling degree
increases with the rise of external load
the rate of the stiffness decreases with the rise of external load
the rate of the stiffness decreases with the increase of the number of roller
when the rotation speed is larger
the rate of the stiffness decreases with the rise of roller number is larger.
