摘要

根据弧面分度凸轮机构的共轭啮合原理

提出了一种基于传统范成法对弧面分度凸轮进行加工修形的方法。通过对加工刀具的轨迹进行啮入段与啮出段的多切修正和对停歇段相应区域进行多切避让的方法来实现对弧面分度凸轮轮廓进行修形

并给出了两种类型弧面分度凸轮的加工修形方案

为弧面分度凸轮的加工修形提供理论基础。

Abstract

On the basis of the conjugate engagement theory of globoidal indexing cam mechanism

a kind of profile modification method of globoidal indexing cam is put forward based on traditional generating method.By the modification of the trajectory of cutting tools in the engaging-in and engaging-out section and cut more of the corresponding areas in the dwell region to modify the cam profile.Moreover

modification program of different types of globoidal indexing cam are presented

a theoretical basis for the machiningof globoidal indexing cam modification is provided.
