针对某专用分动器的工作特性
利用有限元法建立分动器箱体的有限元模型
基于箱体静强度和模态分析分析结果
采用变密度法对箱体展开以加权应变能最小为优化目标
位移、体积分数和应力为约束下的结构拓扑优化
在此基础上根据拓扑密度云图对其进行优化设计
优化后箱体质量减轻8%。分析结果表明
优化后的分动器箱体综合性能得到提高
实现了箱体的轻量化设计。
Aiming at the performance characteristic of a special transfer case
a finite element model is built by using finite element method.Based on the static strength and modal analysis of the gearbox
the structure topology optimization is carried by using of the variable density method and taking minimum weighted strain energy as optimal object
displacement
volume fraction and stress as constraints. On this basis
the optimal design is carried out according to the topology density cloud
the weight of optimized gearbox is reduced by 8%.Analysis results show that
the overall performance of the optimized transfer case is improved
the lightweight design is realized.
