摘要

通过对平顶散热翅片形状结构的分析研究并结合渐开线齿轮啮合原理

推导出了翅片滚刀的齿廓方程及滚刀顶部和刃面的成型轨迹

并利用SolidWorks建立了滚刀的三维模型

并针对不同的翅片对滚刀进行了装配模拟。

Abstract

By analyzing and researching the shape and structure of the flat-topped heat dissipation fins and combining with the involute gear mesh principle

the fin hob tooth profile equation and the formation path of hob crown and edge surface are deduced.The three-dimensional model of the hob is established by using SolidWorks

and the assembly and simulation of different fin to the hob is carried on.
