摘要

ZK双导程蜗杆传动可以方便地调节蜗杆与蜗轮间的啮合侧隙

而且体积小、结构紧凑、精度高

因此在分度机构中得以广泛运用。以ZK双导程蜗杆实际加工过程为基础

运用啮合原理求解蜗杆面螺旋方程

通过单一求解右齿面螺旋方程

展现详细推导过程。并以实际磨削加工过程来确定方程参数。利用方程通过坐标点也即Z轴平移的方法

将蜗杆左右齿面螺旋方程统一于同一坐标系中

完成其蜗杆螺旋面的整体方程

为今后进一步研究做好前提工作。

Abstract

Because of its convenience of backlash adjusting

compact size and high precision

the ZK type dual-lead worm is widely used in indexing mechanisms.Based on the actual cutting process and using the gear meshing theory

the spiral surface equation of ZK type dual-lead worm is derived and the derivation process of the right flank equation is presented in detail.Using the translation of Z axis

the spiral surface equations of both the right and left flank are united in the same coordination system.These equations can be used as the base for the further research of this kind of worm.
