the influences of blank diameter and forming passes on the degree of filling and forming load are analyzed.Cold extrusion experiments are conducted according to the numerical simulation results
which indicates that the forming scheme by usingφ18.2mm blank and three forming passes is the most reasonable according to comprehensive analysis of forming quality and forming loads
