摘要

在需要同时驱动多个平行轴同步等速转动的自动机械中

若采用齿轮或链条等机构进行传动

不但冗余

且成本较高

为此采用一种新型传动机构

曲柄群驱动机构。通过SolidWorks软件

对曲柄群驱动装置的单元化构件进行建模

确定了它们的结构设计和尺寸参数选择。通过双曲柄群驱动装置对其进行运动仿真与分析

得知曲柄群驱动装置各零件结构设计的合理性和可行性。

Abstract

If gears or chains provide motive-power

some automatic machineries

which need to drive a plurality of parallel axis synchronous rotate will be complicated and high-cost.To solve the problem

a new type of transmission mechanism which called the crank group driving mechanism is put forward.The modeling of unitized component of the crack group driving mechanism is carried out via SolidWorks

physical design and dimension parameter selection is determined.The design of the driving mechanism is proved to be reliable and feasible through the motion simulation analysis.
