摘要

以使用统计能量分析方法计算齿轮箱体振动噪声为背景

研究了统计能量分析方法适用频率范围

提出了针对齿轮箱体类厚壁结构适用频率范围的判断指标。在此基础上提出了对于不同复杂结构

确定其统计能量分析适用频率范围的方法

以及对齿轮箱体划分子系统的建议

为使用统计能量分析方法准确计算齿轮箱体振动噪声提供一定的依据。

Abstract

With the background of research on calculation of vibration and noise of gearbox by using statistical energy method

the application frequency threshold of statistical energy analysis is studied and a criterion of application frequency threshold of thick-walled structure category for gearbox is proposed.On the basis of research above

a method of defining application frequency threshold of statistical energy analysis for different complex structures and some suggestions of dividing subsystem for gearbox are proposed

a certain basis for using statistical energy analysis to calculate vibration and noise of gearbox accurately is provided.
