according to the results of gear contact’s static analysis
the weak links can be easily found by loading drive torque of gear in ANSYS
which is extracted in ADAMS actual operating conditions.Using ANSYS fatigue tool module to analyze its fatigue life
the results show that it meets the requirement of the fatigue strength.The research method has a high reference value for the contact analysis of similar components in the structure anti-fatigue evaluation.
