2MW-class wind turbine gearbox is used as the analysis object
based on the structure and operating characteristics of the wind turbine gearbox
dynamic rigid-flexible coupling system is adopted and dynamic rigid-flexible coupling simulation analysis model of the gearbox is established.From the simulation model
finite element strength analysis is carried on the cage and rolling element which are the main loading parts of the high-speed bearing.And then dynamic load characteristics in the typical operating conditions are analyzed.The methods for analysis and conclusions could provide theoretical basis for the further exploration research and performance improvement of the mechanism of the wind turbine gearbox.
