Globular indexing cammechanism is a kind of special structure form of spatial cammechanism.The cam surface is through its meshing transmission on the dial of the cylindrical roller
according to a given motion envelope to each other to form a non-expanding spacial surface.In order to verify the rationality of the reverse design of globular indexing cam and feasibility in application
after calculating the design parameters of driven plate and roller which matched with globular indexing cam under the given conditions
by using the modeling software of Pro/E
the simple 3D entitymodel is built
and itis assembled in the Pro/E to verify its rationality through the analysisof the interference.After that
by using the professional system dynamics analysis software ADMAS
the motion simulation for the finished globular indexing cammechanism is carried out
the rationality and the feasibility of the reverse design of globular indexing cam is further verified through the movement analysis of the mechanismmodel.
