摘要

通过理论分析计算

设计出任何轴交角和中心距的交错轴斜齿轮。结合三维造型软件Pro/E

利用方程创建螺旋线、渐开线以及齿根渐开线延伸线

建立交错轴斜齿轮的参数化模型

通过更改基本参数

可以快速生成任何条件的交错轴斜齿轮。同时

对齿轮进行有限元分析

得到齿轮的模态值和弯曲强度

确保齿轮的可靠性。

Abstract

Through theoretical calculation and analysis

the crossed axis helical gear is designed with any shaft angle and center distance.The spiral line and the end surface involute tooth profile are created based on Pro/E software.By using the programmodules

the crossed axis helical gearmodel is built.The crossed axis helical gearof any conditionswill be quickly generated when the basic parameters is changed.Then

the modal value and bending strength is obtained by the finite element analysis of the gear.
