摘要

针对共轭圆柱凸轮设计和加工特点

研究了共轭圆柱凸轮的参数化设计和加工程序的自动生成。以Pro/E为开发平台

利用VC++和Pro/Toolkit工具

开发了共轭圆柱凸轮的CAD/CAM系统。应用该系统对某凸缘式共轭圆柱凸轮进行设计。结果表明

该系统可实现多种类型共轭圆柱凸轮的设计与加工

操作方便

实用性强

是共轭圆柱凸轮的快速设计和生产提供了重要手段。

Abstract

Aiming atthe design andmachining characteristic of differenttypes conjugate cylindrical cam

the parameter design and numerical control machining codes building of conjugate cylindrical cam is researched.Based on Pro/Eplatform

the conjugate cylindrical camCAD/CAMsystemis developed by the aid ofVC+ +and Pro/Toolkit.Application of the system on a flange type conjugate cylindrical cam design shows that the conjugate cylindrical cam CAD/CAM system is easy operation

strong practicability and available forseveral type conjugate cylindrical cam

and an importantmean of the rapid design and production is provided.
