A model is set up to analyze the elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the heavy-duty gear transmission

etc are calculated respectively by the multi-grid method
the multiintegration method and the column scanning method.The results show that with an increment of the lubricating oil viscosity and product of tooth surface integrated speed
the average film thickness increases and maximum surface shear stress monotonically decreases at the same time.The larger the load
the greater X coordinates of the maximum surface shear stress near the position of oil outlet in the premises of the lubricant viscosity.
