The structure and the rotation principle of reducer with small tooth differences are introduced
then the speed andmeshingforce are calculated theoretically.The kinematics of reducer with small tooth difference is simulated by ADAMS software
the results show that the speed of the duplexgear and output gear of reducer and the transmission ratio is consistent with the theoretical calculation analysis results
which verifies the validity of the model.The dynamic contact simulation analysis of reducer is carried out by ABAQUS software
the results show that the error of meshing force between simulation resultsand the oretical calculation is less than 7%.The influence of different load on the tooth contact force and contact area in the dynamic engagement process is further analyzed.Meanwhile
the gear tooth actual contacttooth and load distribution are simulated at the rated load
the basis for the reducer dynamics analysis and engineering application is provided.
