The crown gear coupling three-dimensional entity model is established by using finite element analysis software-ANSYS. At the working condit ion that the two axis are parallel
the influence of crown gear coupling bearing performance is studied when the pressure angle
addendum coefficient or tool displacement circle radius is changed. The results of the study show that at the working condit ion that the two axes are parallel
the bearing performance of the crown gear coupling is corresponding enhancement along with the displacement circle radius and addendum coefficient increases. But the bearing performance of the crown gear coupling remains stable when the pressure angle is changed.
