the forming principle is discussed
the tooth surface equation of cylindrical gears with curvilinear shape teeth is deduced based on the coordinate transformation and space meshing theory. Secondly
the autogenerat ion program of it is developed by using UG/ grip
which can meet the actual machining process. By analyzing the modeling principle and meshing motion of curvilinear gear
the correct meshing condition of curvilinear gear is obtained
the necessary theoretical basis for the design of curvilinear gear is provided.
