摘要

为了研究升降机齿轮齿条传动的接触应力

采用ADAMS软件与ANSYS软件的联合仿真技术对齿轮齿条接触力动态特性和齿轮接触应力等进行了仿真分析

同时分别将其与理论计算结果进行了对比

表明仿真结果具有较高的分析精度。

Abstract

In order to study the contact stress of lift rack and pinion

the simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics and contact stress of the rack and pinion contact force are carried out by using the ADAMS software

and it can get the date of contact force

then

we can import the date into the ANSYS and ANSYS software joint simulation. At the same time

the simulation results are compared with theoretical calculat ion results

and the simulation results have the higher analysis precision.
