In order to acquire the gear meshing force and gear transmission torque of the 3K planetary gear reducer accurately
topology and structural analysis for 3K planetary gear reducer are conducted. Based on the analysis
translationalrotational coupling dynamic model is established. Through analyzing the displacement relationships between gears and carrier
the dynamics mathematical model is obtained. The dynamics simulation of a pract ical 3K planetary gear reducer in LMS Virtual. Lab Motion platform is completed. The results indicate that the validity of translationalrotat ional coupling dynamics model and simulation methods
