Nonzeropositive modification spiral bevel gear has higher strength
the gear tooth milling parameters can be designed for improving its contact ratio
and this design can correct the shortage of nonzeropositive modification design
which contact ratio declines with meshing angle increasing. For nonzeroposit ive modification design and conventional design
comparing their geometrical parameters and milling parameters
and the TCA analysis of the design parameter is carried out
and the gear tooth root stress is analyzed based on UG software. The gear milling machining and rolling check experiment are carried out
the experimental results showed that the high strength spiral bevel gear could be designed by using the local synthesis and the nonzeroposit ive design technology
and the experimental gears meshing process is well.
