For the transmission mechanism of myoelectric controlled prosthetic hand as the research abject
the new transmission scheme of auto speed-changing system of myoelectric controlled prosthetic hand is proposed.Considering the time-varying meshing stiffness of gear pair
the transverse
longitudinal vibration and vibrat ion along the meshing line direction of each gear
the torsion-supporting stiffness of center member and so on
the transmission system dynamics model of this new automatic speed-changing system is established.Through the bear
the transmission system and structural system are coupled together and the two-stage planetary gear-clutch-bearing-shell body coupling dynamics model of the myoelectric control prosthetic hand automatic speed-changing system is deduced and established.The Lanczons algorithm of finite element software is used to analysis the dynamic characteristic
which verifies the feasibility of this new system scheme.
