Aiming to the problem that the drivetrain spindle of armored vehicle is prone to failure in the process of moving
the mechanical failure simulat ion bench is taken as the research subject
and the three-dimensional models of normal rotor
crack rotor and bending rotor are established respectively.Dynamics simulation software ANSYS and ADAMS are used to simulate the dynamics characteristics of the rotor system
the displacement response curve and collision response curve of the rotor are obtained in rigid and flexible rotor system
on this basis
the time and frequency domain response curve which reveal the dynamic characteristics visually is obtained from the simulat ion of cracks and bending flexible rotor system.Simulation and test result shows that the vibration displacement of the rotor center becomes larger and the collision force of the system becomes smaller in flexible rotor system
the vibration intensity of the rotor becomes larger in crack or bending rotor system.Some theoretical guidance is provided for fault diagnosis of the armored vehicle drivetrain spindle in the follow-up study.
