Aiming at the problems of complex vibration deformation and noise caused by bevel gear box drive system of cotton picker
taking core component of cotton picker-bevel gear system as the research object
the finite element coupling model of the bevel gear system is established based on NX environment
the numerical analysis of finite element coupling inherent characterist ics of the bevel gear system is carried out by application of NASTRAN solver
ultimately
some technical parameters of the bevel gear system
including:the first 20 order natural frequencies
total amplitude and the main vibrat ion mode
and output displacement nephograms related to all the frequencies are got.
