基于变传动比函数
提出一种利用插齿刀的几何模型有效求解非圆齿轮齿廓的简洁算法。根据给定变传动比函数
推导非圆齿轮节曲线方程;由插齿加工原理
确定其齿廓方程
并利用数值算法和Pro"E建模得到非圆齿轮的三维模型。同时
基于ADAMS动力学仿真软件对其进行轮齿啮合仿真分析。实例计算结果验证了该算法的正确性、简洁性、通用性与创新性。
Based on the variable ratio function
by using the geometric model of pinion cutter
the simple algorithm of tooth profile of effectively solved non-circular gear is proposed.Based on the given variable ratio funct ion
the equation of non-circular gear pitch curve is derived.The equation of tooth profile is determined by the processing principle of slotting gear
and the numerical algorithm and Pro/ E modeling is used to get three-dimensional model of non-circular gear.Meanwhile
based on dynamics simulation software ADAMS
the simulation of gear teeth meshing is analyzed.By means of calculat ions on some examples
it proves the correctness
conciseness
generality and innovat ion of the algorithm.
