In order to improve the working efficiency and stationarity
the kinematics analysis of transplanting mechanism with eccentric gear is studied.By using Pro/ E
each component’s 3D model of transplant ing mechanism is built and the whole assembly is completed
then through Mech/ Pro import the model into ADAMS
the kinematics simulation is carried out.On the problem that backlash will cause system instability due to the geometrical center distance and the rotary center distance are not coincident when the eccentric gears meshing
it can be eliminated by changed single gear into double gear superimposed dislocation
and through virtual simulation results show that the improved device can solve the movement of the instability problem due to backlash better.
