Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of wind turbine gear transmission system in the stochastic wind speed conditions
a couplinggear-bearing dynamicsmodel ofgeartransmission systemofwind turbine isbuilton the basis of simulation real wind speed
the model includes external randomwind load and internal incentives such as time-vary mesh stiffness of gear pair
time-vary stiffness of rolling element bearing and integrated transmission error.Numerical method is used to simulate the dynamics model
and the dynamic meshing forces of each gear pair as well as dynamic bearing forces of each bearing are obtained.On that basis
the dynamic contact stresses of each gear pair and each bearings as well as their probability distribution are obtained by using the finite element method
the Hertz contact theory and the mathematical statistic theory.The fuzzy reliability model of key components of wind turbine gear transmission system is established based on the stress strength interference theory
the fuzzy reliability of the key components and the transmission system are calculated.
