In order to improve the sensitivity of error and increase tooth strength
the conical gear with concave-concave tooth traces and the convex-convex tooth traces are generated by two blade-discs.The mathematical model of gear tooth surface is performed by simulating the meshing kinematics between the blade-disc and the generated gear.According to the conditions of continuous tangency of two contact surfaces in contact process
the tooth contact analysis model is established.The computerized simulation result shows that
the radius of two blade-discs have a great effect on the size of contact ellipse and the sensitivity of assembly error.
