为了实现风机在工作中状态监测以及故障早期发现定位。利用SIMULINK快速仿真建立了齿轮传动过程中振动观测器
能够实时输出残差。通过对残差设置阈值实现了对风机齿轮箱工作状态的实时在线监测;发现故障后对信号进行深入分析时引入重分配小波尺度
从而实现了风机齿轮箱故障的快速识别以及定位。为了验证结论的可靠性在模型上添加仿真故障
验证了故障参数与残差信号以及系统特性之间的关系。从而为故障的早期发现以及故障发展预测提供了一种解决方法。
In order to realize the condition monitoring
fault detection and ascertain early of wind turbine in working
a vibration observer in the process of gear transmission is established by using the rapidity of SIMULINK simulation
and it can output residual in real time.By setting threshold of residual
the wind turbine working stat ion real time on-line monitoring is realized.After the fault is discovered
the reassigned wavelet scalograms is used in the signal analysis
and it is realized to recognise and locate the faults fast.For verifying the conclusion and the relation among fault parameter
residual and system characterist ics
a simulated fault is introduced to the model.A way to discover fault early and forecast fault is provided.
