Taking the component of the crank and connecting rod mechanism with revolute clearance joint in the sheet transfer mechanism of print ing machine as the research object
on the basis of the vector clearance and the penetration depth of contact
the discriminated condition of contact with separat ion is improved considering the two kinds of mot ion state of clearance joint.The contact and separation dynamics models of a crank and connect ing rod mechanism with clearance joint are established respectively and numerical solving is conducted.Then with the analysis of the influence of clearance on the dynamic characteristics of crank and connecting rod mechanism
