摘要

在简单介绍了无级变速汽车的原理后分析了金属带式无级变速器的特点。分析了无级变速器效率的主要损耗源

提出了最有潜力提高效率的部分是无级变速器的变速机构及其控制策略。通过分析可知以钢带与带轮间的滑移率作为控制参数的新的控制方法可以有效的提高无级变速器的效率

推导了基于滑移率的夹紧力公式

这对进一步提高变速器传动效率提供了理论依据。

Abstract

The principle of the the continuously variable transmission automotive is simply introduced analyzed and the characteristics of the metal belt CVT is analyzed.The major efficiency loss source of the CVT is analyzed

it was proposed the most potential part to improve the efficiency is the CVT shifting mechanism and its control strategy.Through analyzing a new control method which as a slip rate between the strip and the pulley to a control parameter can be effectively improve the efficiency

a formula of clamping force based on the slip rate deduced

it provides a theoretical basis for further improve the efficiency of transmission gear.
