摘要

介绍了齿形无声链链板孔有关的设计

对链板孔进行了工艺分析

根据齿形无声链设计的链板孔设计了在普通压力机上进行冲孔、推孔的模具

并对模具结构和模具零件加工进行了介绍。

Abstract

Some related designs and process analysis of the chain plate holes of tooth shape silence chain are introduced.According to the chain plate holes design of the tooth shape silence chain

a mould which can punch and push on the ordinary press is designed.The mould structure and processing method of the mould components are also introduced.
