摘要

橡胶体是弹性联轴器的关键部件

它的结构、材料直接决定了弹性联轴器的性能。通过对橡胶材料的单轴拉伸实验确定橡胶计算所需本构模型参数

利用有限元ABAQUS软件对其进行静态刚度进行仿真分析

并对橡胶块静刚度进行了试验。理论计算与实验结果十分接近

研究结果对橡胶体的结构优化设计具有一定的工程指导意义。

Abstract

The rubber body is a key component of elastic coupling

and the operating performance of coupling is directly determined by its structure

materials.The constitutive model parameter of rubber for calculation is determined by uniaxial tensile experiment of rubber material

the static stiffness characteristic of the rubber are simulated and analyzed by using ABAQUS.The theory result is very close to the experiment.The research results have certain guiding significance for structure optimization design in engineering.
