铁谱定量分析能获得齿轮箱运行过程中的磨损量
主要指标为大磨粒读数DL和磨损烈度指数IS
并可将这两者绘制成趋势曲线。结合设备自身的故障率及铁谱数据的特点
对铁谱数据进行残差分析筛选合适数据
并改进传统的绝对值公式
计算出能反映齿轮箱运行情况的磨损状态界限值。在实际运用中
改进公式满足设备磨损状态的判断需求
及时反映齿轮箱当前运行状态的磨损情况
为设备故障预防的监测提供了一种方法。
Quantitative analysis of ferrography can obtain the wear values of the gear box during the operation
and the major indicators are DL(index for large grains) and IS(index of wear severity)
which can be drawn for trend curve.According to the failure rate of the device itself and the characteristics of ferrography data
the ferrography data is sifted by residual analysis.And then
the traditional absolute value formula is improved
the wear thresholds value which can reflect the performance of the gearbox is calculated.In practice
the require for estimating the wear conditions of the gearbox can be reached by the improved formula
and the wear conditions during the gearbox performance can be reflected in time.And a method is provided for equipment failure prevention monitoring.
