The comparison of the impact of three kinds of a dump truck gearboxes on vehicle performance is carried out

the model of dump truck is built by using AVL Crusise.The dumper at different ratio of climbing performance

full load acceleration performance and fuel economy are analyzed

and the results comprehensive analysis are carried out to find out the better ratio configuration.On this basis

the sensitivity of each gear ratio is studied and a reference to the design of the dump truck is provided.
