摘要

针对齿轮系统发生故障时振动信号中存在边频带的普遍性

从理论上分析了单一调幅、单一调频和调幅调频共同作用下调制信号的边频带分布特点

进而阐述齿轮系统边频带的成因

并结合实例

详细分析了振动信号的边频带特点。结果表明

在对齿轮系统进行故障诊断时

通过分析振动信号边频带的成因

可以给诊断结果提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Considering the prevailing existence of sideband in the vibration signals in gear system fault

the distribution characters of sidebands of modulation signals under the condition of single amplitude modulation

single frequency modulation and co-effect of amplitude modulation and frequency modulation are analyzed in theory

and the cause of formation of the sideband in the gear system is discussed.Cases are adopted to interpret and analyze the character of sideband of vibration signals in details.Results show that analyzing the cause of sideband of vibration signals

the reference can be provided for fault diagnosis in the gear system.
