摘要

过盈配合是一种接触非线性问题

利用有限元分析软件模拟了提升机装配式蜗轮轮缘和轮毂压入装配的过程

并分析了蜗轮当过盈量最大时轮缘齿面、齿槽和齿根处的应力大小及分布规律

对于改进蜗轮结构设计、提高其工作的可靠性和使用寿命具有指导意义。

Abstract

Interference fit is a contact nonlinear problem.The assembly process that the wheel hub is pressed into worm wheel rim is simulated by using finite element analysis software.The magnitude and distribution of the stress of the tooth and its root is analyzed on the condition of the max magnitude interference fit.This method is useful to improve the structure design of worm gear

the reliability and service life.
