five sets of asymmetric gears with the pressure angles of 20°/20°、25°/25°、20°/25°、20°/30°、25°/20°、 30°/20° bending stress analysis are carried out to quantitatively check the stress using Standard Lewis Equation and ANSYS12.0.The analysis results show that the drive side with a larger pressure angle have better load carrying capacity.
