Optimization and ADAMS simulation technology are integrated to improve the comprehensive perfor-mance of six-bar mechanism of shaper
and this method unites the visual simulation process with the optimized result perfectly.At first
the kinematic analysis of six-bar mechanism of shaper is conducted with the vector analytic method.Then
the mathematical model of optimization is established to aim at stationarity of working speed of plough head
and the optimization process uses the complex-shape method.At last
a simulation for the optimized six-bar mechanism is performed with ADAMS.The results show that the performances of plough head is improved evidently: the maximum of acceleration is reduced by 39.17%
the non-working stroke is shortened by 41.67%.The cutting efficiency and surface quality are improved.
