In order to accurately obtain load characteristic of power split four-branching gear train with elastic supports
the mechanical structure model is established and the deformation coordination conditions are deduced.Considering that the center distance assembly errors
shaft crossed angle errors and bearing elastic support stiffness have a significant impact on the contact path direct and transmission error curves lead to a variation of time-varying mesh stiffness curves
therefore the power split situation in various errors is analyzed under the elastic support based on the load tooth contact analysis method.The results show that the different elastic support conditions can lead to the different simulation results
the elastic supports are more accord with the actual.A reference for the design and analysis of four-branching transmission system is provided.
