摘要

圆形活齿行星传动是在摆线针轮传动结构的基础上

利用齿形替代理论将摆线齿形进行替代的一种新型活齿行星传动。分别对两种行星传动进行虚拟建模

接着利用虚拟样机技术对其进行系统动力学仿真

最后得到两种减速器各自的性能参数

从而对圆形活齿这种新型行星传动作出评价。

Abstract

The circle movable tooth planetary transmission is a new movable tooth planetary transmission by using profile alternative theory to replace cycloidal tooth profile

on the basis of the structure of pin-cycloid transmission.The virtual prototype model is respectively established

then using the virtual prototype technology

the system dynamics simulation is carried out

finally the performance parameters are obtained.The new circular movable tooth planetary transmission is evaluated through the performance parameters of the two reducers.
