Standard gear is used as measuring gear when to measure radial composite deviations of the measured gear
but its radial composite deviations can not be measured by using traditional methods
because sensitivity
accuracy
etc of traditional detector can not meet the requirements
and have no more precision reference element can be used
so we need to design ultra-precision gear radial composite deviations detector to measure standard gear.For the high demands of sensitivity and accuracy
the detector system error should be minimized
the analysis
calculation and compensation are carried out
wherein the runout and parallelism of the installation mandrel is the systematic error in the two most
the measurement datum eccentricity and runout of the mandrel will be a direct reflection of radial composite deviations
the runout of positioning surface will increase parallelism error to the two mandrels
if this error is too large will cause point contact in meshing
so the analysis and compensation for the above system error is necessary.
