Using the key technology of combined simulation based on the mechanical dynamics analysis software ADAMS and the finite element analysis software ANSYS
the multi-rigid and rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype models of planar double-crank punching press are established.These two models are carried on simulation analysis
and the simulation results between these models are compared
then a conclusion that the rigid-flexible coupling model can reflect more accurately on the dynamic performance of the mechanism is obtained and the calculation accuracy is improved.The simulation results show that the influence on kinematical accuracy of the mechanism produced by flexible body can not be ignored.The establishment of the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype provided a basis for accurate dynamical simulation and actual physical prototype manufacturing.
