基于可靠性优化设计理论
采用分步优化法
分别建立了以减速器整体外廓尺寸最小为目标函数的传动比优化分配模型和以单级传动体积最小为目标函数的齿轮参数优化数学模型
运用MatLab优化工具箱(Optimtool)进行求解。优化设计结果表明
在满足使用要求且保证可靠度的前提下
偏航减速器的体积比原设计降低了约3.5%
为多级行星齿轮传动系统可靠性优化设计的进一步发展提供了一种有效途径。
Based on reliability optimization design theory and sub step optimization method
to make the overall volume of the reducer and single stage planetary gear train(PGT) smallest
the mathematic model of transmission ratio distribution and single stage’s parameters are established
respectively.The complex design optimization problem is solved by MatLab optimization toolbox.The optimal design results showed that
in the case of maintaining strict requirements and ensuring high reliability
the volume of the yaw reducer decreased by about 3.5% comparing with the original design
which supplies an effective approach to further developing the reliability optimization design of multi-stage planetary transmission systems.
