为了提高感应淬火齿轮的疲劳强度
特别是弯曲疲劳强度
硬化层应当沿齿廓分布
但传统的感应淬火工艺很难达到这种要求。经过努力
研究出的双频同时感应加热淬火工艺圆满地实现了硬化层的沿齿廓分布
并开发出了相应的感应淬火成套设备
这将感应加热淬火工艺提高到了一个新的水平。
The hardening lager should be distribution along the profile for raising the fatigue strength of induction hardening gears
but it is difficult to get this type of distribution profile by the traditional induction hardening method.After years of efford
a SDF(Simultaneous Dual Frequency) induction hardening process is studied out and a corresponding set of equipment has been also developed
which would improve the induction hardening technology of gears to a new level.
