The backlash of the filter gear using for aerospace can be influenced by the extreme environment
and the size of the backlash is one of the most important factors that influence gear transmission accuracy.Based on the thermal equilibrium and heat transfer theory
the temperature of the meshing zone is simulated with ANSYS Workbench.The influence of thermal deformation of both gear and box on transmission backlash is studied
and the changing regularity of the minimum backlash under different temperatures is obtained.The theoretic basis for aerospace application of the filtering gear reducer is provided by this study.
