摘要

对于冗余机构而言

传统的设计指标有时无法直接使用

给设计带来了一定困难。在传动角的基础上提出了一种描述冗余机构传力特性的新指标

从而解决了2RPR冗余机构传力特性的描述问题。然后

采用该指标对该机构进行了优化设计。该设计方法对冗余机构2RPR的设计有效并对一般冗余机构的设计具有一定的借鉴性。

Abstract

The traditional design index isn’t proper to be used directly to design the redundant mechanism in some situations

and so there are some difficulties to design.A new design index to descript the force transmission characteristics of a redundant mechanism is proposed based on the transmission angle.Then a 2RPR redundant mechanism is optimal designed with the design index.It’s an efficient method and has a certain reference to design a redundant mechanism.
