severe vibration and high level of noise for the present external parallel moving gear transmission
a kind of internal parallel moving gears transmission with compact structure and complete balance is proposed.The elastic dynamics equation of the system is established by synthetically considering some factors.In the modeling process
the factors including the elastic deformation of all eccentric shafts
the elastic deformation of meshing gears
the elastic deformation of planetary bearing on eccentric shafts and supporting bearing on output shaft
and some dynamic characteristics such as the natural frequency
gear engaging force
bearing loads of system are derived according to the equation
and the results are analyzed.The basis on further optimizing the design of gear transmission
reducing vibration and improving mechanical properties is provided.
