In order to study the stability of shearer cutting unit
the rigid-flex coupled dynamic model of the shearer cutting unit is established based on the simulation platform composed by Pro/E
Matlab
ADAMS and ANSYS.The forced vibration analysis of shearer cutting unit is carried out based on the ADAMS/Vibration module
and the system mainly modal energy distribution and the modal dynamic response characteristics are obtained.The vibration characteristics of shell and the influence on the drive system are analyzed.The foundations for improving the shearer cutting unit design and working stability is provided by the analysis results.
