基于HFT法加工准双曲面齿轮的理论
建立了齿轮副加工坐标系
得到了齿轮副的齿面、突端和齿根过渡曲面方程。通过MATLAB软件计算出齿轮副齿面的离散点
导入UG建模软件生成含齿根过渡曲面的精确三维模型
截取三齿啮合模型后导入HpyerMesh
建立有限元模型
加载后再导入AN-SYS得到了啮合齿面的接触应力分布情况
为深入进行准双曲面齿轮的加载啮合性能分析奠定了基础。
Based on the theory of HFT(hypoid gear formate tilt) for Manufacturing hypoid gears
according to the feature of formate for gears and Generate for pinions
coordinate systems are built for generating pair of gears
then the equations of tooth
coign and fillet of Gears are obtained.The discrete points of pair of gears are calculated by MATLAB
and the accurate geometrical models can be built easily in UG
cutting three teeth of the pair of gears for HpyerMesh and establishing finite element model
we can acquire the distribute of contact stress of the meshing teeth in ANSYS
this will lay the foundation of meshing performance analysis in the nature of things.
